Tilt/Shift is relativity new on the cosmetics scene. They opened last year with some lipsticks I personally haven't tried, but have read great things. In March, the I Want To Believe Collection was re-released. Priced at $1.50 per sample baggie and $6.50 per full size, I got the complete collection. Shipping to Canada was around the $7-8 range. Jars arrived in great condition, packed and without sifters. If you want to order from Tilt/Shift and find the store closed, I recommend checking back as the owner is also a Model/Actress/Waitress (and beautiful!). I noticed while composing this post, she is offering a first time shopper discount of 10% with coupon code: FIRSTTIME.
Here they are like an "X".
Aw, my order a cute personalized note on a very pretty business card, Not only is the owner (Niamh?) beautiful on the outside, she seems lovely on the inside too. I picked up a set for myself, and some additional jars as gifts. I know at least one other person who will love it, and I've decided that I need to share things I love with others. Sorry sis.
Samples of the Ashfall Quad collection.
SWATCHES!!!
All done over bare skin, primer and a glitter adhesive. Multiple angles are taken to help display shadows, any shifts and sparkles. If you want me to add descriptions from Tilt/Shift and myself, let me know and I'll go back and add them.
Bottom to top (wrist): Tutti Fruiti, Tooms, Bad Blood, Cerulean Blue, Cancer Man, Boyish Agility, Yappi, Mr. X, Deep Throat, Little Green Men.

More details of the bottom lables. Only now have I noticed they don't included ingredients or eye/lip safe information. I have just been wow'ed with how clean and professional they look. Tilt/Shift may also want to add the company name for fans who are not obsessed.

The colour is perfect for the inspiration, and (I've had nightmares about him) creeps me out. I ponder getting more Mulder stickers and covering up any of the nightmare guys...
These are some of the prettiest stickers I have seen. Vernal, Fault, Ashfall and Vulcan sample baggies.
Swatches matched to art. I'm totally taken back by how much I love Yappi. It was my favorite of the night, seconded by a surprise Mr. X. When I ordered, I knew I would like Boyish Agility, Little Green Men and Cerulean Blue.
Right before I was about to take it off, I walked under the magical sparkly LED lights of shimmer amazing and realized I needed to take more photos.

Look at how the blue base in the matte Ashfall comes out over glitter glue, and check out little green men!

And because I think videos can say it best and I was all "Wow!" under the shiny LED lights, here's some live action for you:

So, yes, I think I love this collection. Tilt/Shift would totally own my soul if a LOST collection was completed, but so far no one in the {indie} cosmetics industry has reached my level of fandom. Nerd Alert: I subscribed to both magazines for X-files and LOST until publication was stopped.
I've already gone ahead and ordered samples from the latest Tilt/Shift collection to be released based from inspiration of works of art and I'm looking forward to receiving them. I think there are three new spring/summer shades added to this line tomorrow, May the 4th (be with you).
