Beauty Box 5 - Shipping to Canada update

I just got the email that Beauty Box 5 is going to charge Canadians an additional $3 per box shipping starting TODAY. This is still really cheap, and each box would be $15 US or less. However, I just checked, and it looks like the additional charges are not active. So, if you were thinking of getting a subscription, now would be the time! If you sign up for a year at $99 now, you'll pay $8.25 per box compared to $11.25 per box. Both are cheap, one is better deal. :)
